Shipping policy

All orders are shipped from our warehouses in Florida or Illinois. All orders ship out within 1-3 business days. 

 

Tracking

Gleam and Love provides tracking numbers for all orders. You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as you place your order. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to track your order.

Order states delivered, but never received?

Please contact your local USPS Post Office as soon as you receive a "Delivered" status, but do not receive any package. Immediately thereafter please contact us to let us know their answer, and we will try our best to locate your package.

We will always try our best to help you locate your order, but Gleam and Love does not hold responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen. We do offer an Insured Shipping method at checkout that will cover the full order for an exchange. 

Shipping Rates

Gleam and Love offers the ability to purchase Free Shipping which estimates delivery within 3-6 Business Days after being shipped. Free Shipping is shipped via USPS First Class mail.

Gleam and Love offers the ability to purchase Expedited Shipping which estimates delivery within 1-4 Business Days after being shipped. Expedited Shipping is shipped via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx 2-Day Shipping, depending on which is faster based on the shipping company's estimated date of delivery.


Shipping as a Gift

We send our packages anonymously, which does not include purchaser information. The receiver will not know who has sent the package, unless we receive an email from the purchaser to include your name within the package.

Gleam and Love reserves the right to reveal information of the purchaser if we are reached out to by the receiver or authorities to verify the purchaser of the package. Please not use Gleam and Love gifting services with any malicious intent.

Receiving a Gift

If you received a package from Gleam and Love and want to know who sent this package, please reach out to our support team for more information at info@gleamandlove.com. You will need the order number included on the back of the message card within the box.

Insured Shipping

All of our orders come with Insured Shipping. This covers a replacement for the full order. To be eligible to use the insurance, the order must not arrive within 3 Business Days after stating it is delivered. 

International Shipping

Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer international shipping.

2-Year Protection Plan

Some of our products will offer Product Protection. Purchasing the plan is optional, and will allow you to claim if your item becomes damaged or defective within 2 years of purchase.

Additional terms

  • 2 Year Product Protection Plan includes one replacement / repair per covered product.
  • If your jewelry has any defects that is covered during the term, please send a clear image of the defective product to our Customer Support Team and we will gladly repair or replace the item (our discretion).
  • The damaged item needs to be returned at the customer's / owner's expense before a replacement item is shipped to customer / owner.
  • If purchased item is discontinued, we will replace the item with a similar item of equal or higher value.
  • Please note, lost or stolen items are not covered by the plan.
